The 2018 annual conference of the National Association of Extension Program and Staff Development Professionals (NAEPSDP) will be held at Hilton Old Town in Alexandria, Virginia December 10-13, 2018.
HOW TO REGISTER: To register for the conference, select the "Register" button on this page. NAEPSDP members should be logged into the Association website in order to register using the NAEPSDP member rates.
NAEPSDP MEMBERS: If you are registering for another individual who is not a member, do not log into the website using your member ID and password. Just go to the website and select the conference registration tab. Also, make sure you enter that individual's email address when asked for the email address during the registration process.
Registration for the 2018 conference will be available until November 30. There will be no on-site registration available.
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION RATES:
- NAEPSDP Member (Early Bird by November 1, 2018) - $395
- NAEPSDP Member (After November 1, 2018) - $450
- Non-NAEPSDP Member (Early Bird by November 1, 2018) - $495
- Non-NAEPSDP Member (After November 1, 2018) - $550
- Student (full-time) - $395
- Exhibitor/Vendor Booth Only (Includes exhibit/vendor space at the conference. Does NOT include meals and breaks for exhibitor/vendor staff. All meals will be on your own.) $200
Exhibitor/Vendor with Conference Registration (Allows one exhibitor/vendor staff to participate in all planned meals and breaks and all conference activities.) $495 ($395 conference registration + $100 exhibitor/vendor fee) NOTE: Additional exhibitor/vendor staff can register for the conference using the "Additional Exhibitor/Vendor Staff Conference Registration."
Additional Exhibitor/Vendor Staff Conference Registration $395 (Must be associated with an exhibitor/vendor with another staff member already registered through the "Exhibitor/Vendor with Conference Registration" registration type.)
To receive the NAEPSDP Member conference rate (either early-bird or regular), you must have your current year's dues paid in full by the time you register for the conference.
PLEASE NOTE: The registration options available to you will depend on your NAEPSDP membership status and when you register. The options not available to you will be hidden on the registration form.
IMPORTANT: When registering, NAEPSDP members should make sure they are logged into the NAEPSDP website using the same e-mail address that is used in their NAEPSDP membership profile on the Association website. This will allow members to access the member conference rates.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Refunds, less a $50 fee, will be granted for cancellations received in writing via fax or email prior to 11:59 PM CDT November 10, 2017. Registrants cancelling between November 11 and 11:59 PM CDT November 25 will receive a 75% refund of registration fees. No refunds will be made after November 25. E-mail cancellation requests to firstname.lastname@example.org. Fax requests to (662) 325-8188 (Attn: Marina Denny). All refunds will be processed after the conference.
LODGING: If you have not done so already, you will need to make your lodging arrangements by contacting the Hilton Old Town Alexandria hotel reservation line, 703-837-0440 and mention the NAEPSDP Conference. The conference rooms rate is $179 plus taxes (apply Monday night - Thursday night, depending on availability). You must reserve your lodging by Thursday, November 1, 2018 to receive conference lodging rates.
